600 Ocean Drive Project

This project involved demolition from the 12th floor, concrete spalling repairs, framing, plumbing and plumbing fixtures, electrical work with a new panel, HVAC installation, impact windows and sliding doors, insulation, soundproofing, and Level 5 drywall finishing.

Additional work included mud-set porcelain floors and shower walls, custom millwork, custom kitchen and bath cabinetry, framed mirrors, stone countertops, custom tile backsplashes, appliances, custom closet shelving, frameless glass installations, low-voltage wiring, hardware installation, and a thorough, surgical-grade turnkey site cleaning.
