We are ready and able to work on your Multifamily project. Eleven C is experienced & knowledgeable working with occupied HOA and rental communities from planning, pre-construction, construction, to completion. We will work with your engineer or architect and can provide field visits and detailed specifications to assist in moving forward. Our principles are familiar with community meetings and can assist providing presentations to inform HOA owners about the current state of your buildings, repairs needed, options, and the process to complete the repairs. Together, Eleven C will investigate the issues in your community to assist in developing a plan to correct and improve your homes.
Each building is as important as the next. We ensure all day supervision of ALL work and our construction methods provide essential consistent quality work product at every individual community building. We provide detailed accounting records of your entire project. Should a change order occur, once approved we also provide before & after photo documentation for your community records. Complete Residential Interior and Exterior Remodeling
Eleven C is a home renovation specialist. We listen and then investigate the dynamics of your remodeling wishes. During the planning stages of your project and depending on project scope we will study your structure, survey, setbacks, etc., this may also include a review of zoning and permitting regulations. The planning stage is essential in eliminating delays during the permit process and/or surprises during construction. If required we can also introduce you to architects or engineers that we work with. We also can help you enhance your home’s safety by adding structural hurricane components, installing Impact doors, windows, garage doors, and can even add structural strapping that may provide wind insurance mitigation savings. In addition to Eleven C’s in-house carpenters, our network of established subcontractors can participate in completing your build. Our menu of services is vast. We can construct an addition or garage, build a guest house, remodel your kitchen or build an outdoor kitchen. We can construct a custom deck, new bathroom, install or restore flooring, provide finished carpentry, construct stairs, etc. If you are outside focused, we can provide site work, pool, pool house, Hardie siding products, wood siding, stucco work, electrical, plumbing, roofing, mechanicals, low voltage, security cameras, survey, pavers, and landscaping. Commercial
From civil to facelift, we will develop your existing or new project as liaison to your engineer, architect and design staff providing comprehensive Construction Management services for larger commerce center and retail renovations based on your development plans. We will budget, hire licensed and insured contractors, oversee all phases of construction, bill, arrange permitting, inspections and interact with city and government agencies as may be required. In addition, we offer new and renovation buildouts for smaller square footages such as medical office, dental, and retail boutiques.
